A strange flexi-disc that i got included with some other records, it does have some disco bangers on it, featuring Chic and the Three Degrees, it's certainly one of the strangest 45's in my collection, I have read online that these were popular to send to people as greeting cards in Poland from the 1960s until the late 1980s.
