"Spiritual High (State of Independence) Part II" was released in 1991 by the British musical duo Moodswings which composed of Grant Showbiz (the Smiths, Billy Bragg) and James F. T. Hood (the Pretenders, Kid Creole & the Coconuts and Jeff Beck) which featured vocals by Chrissie Hynd, the original was written in 1981 by Jon Anderson and Vangelis, It would be relased on the groups first album Moodfood (1992).
"Mea Culpa (Part II)" is a song by German musical project Enigma. It was released in 1991 as the second single from their debut album, MCMXC a.D. (1990). Like their previous single "Sadeness (Part I)", it is sung in French and Latin, though "Mea Culpa (Part II)" also has a line in English, "The time has come".
