The Sun Goes Down (Living It Up) is a single released in 1983 by the musical group Level 42. It is one of the few songs by the group which featured Mike Lindup on lead vocals (although Mark King did contribute as lead vocalist on this track). The song was outstanding in the career of the band, and it became a classic. Reaching No. 10 in the UK charts in the summer of 1983, it became their first single to reach the top ten.
